Charter Oak Health Center’s Urgent Care Department is open seven days per week to provide prompt, compassionate care for patients with immediate medical needs. Our providers understand that each patient’s situation is unique, and we offer individualized attention without the long wait times of an emergency room.
Whether you are dealing with a minor injury, sudden illness, or unexpected health concern, our Urgent Care team is here to help.
Urgent Care Services Include:
- General Orthopedics & Splints (strains, sprains)
- Upper Respiratory Infections (cold/flu symptoms, cough, wheezing, asthma, COPD)
- Laceration Repair and suture/staple removal
- Incision & Drainage
- General Medical Care
- Rapid Strep & Flu Testing
- Foreign Body Removal
- Wound Care
- Skin Infections & Rashes
- Animal & Insect Bites/Stings
- Sexually Transmitted Disease Screening
- Pregnancy Testing
- Flu Shots
- PPD Placement (Tuberculosis Screening)

- Open Seven Days Per Week
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Sunday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
