Dental Care
Dr. Moises Salas is a fellow-trained pediatric dentist who completed his residency at the University of Puerto Rico and the University of Nuevo Leon in Mexico, and later earned his Master of Public Health at the University of Connecticut (UConn).
He received the Oral Health Hero Award from the Connecticut Dental Health Partnership for his commitment to serving Connecticut’s underserved communities and has volunteered with South Park House Shelter, Special Olympics, Mission of Mercy, and “Give Kids a Smile.”
For more than 20 years, Dr. Salas has cared for patients at Charter Oak Health Center, while also serving as an attending pediatric dentist and UConn Health clinical assistant professor, as well as a pediatric dentist provider at Brooker Memorial Dental Center. He also proudly served as a pediatric dentist at the Hospital for Special Care during his MPH studies at UConn.
Dr. Kanwalpreet Singh graduated from dental school in India in 2005 and, after moving to the United States, earned a DDS from NYU College of Dentistry in 2010. He then completed a General Practice Residency at Yale New Haven Hospital in 2011.
Passionate about public health and giving back to the community, Dr. Singh has been serving patients at Charter Oak Health Center since 2012, where he continues to provide compassionate care to the underserved in alignment with Charter Oak’s mission of delivering care regardless of ability to pay.
Dr. Lilian Quesada earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2000. She has been serving the community for 24 years, providing comprehensive dental care with a focus on both prevention and treatment.
Her clinical expertise includes emergency dental treatment, cleanings, tooth extractions, dental restorations, and removable dentures. Dr. Quesada is dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable, and compassionate care, and remains committed to improving the oral health and smiles of the patients she serves.
Dr. Harjit Kaur earned her Bachelor of Dental Sciences degree in India in 2003 before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at New York University College of Dentistry in 2010. While at NYU, she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Omega Chapter, in recognition of her academic excellence.
For the past nine years, Dr. Kaur has been practicing at Charter Oak Health Center, where she provides high-quality, compassionate dental care to a diverse, and largely immigrant population. She is proud to be part of an organization whose mission aligns with her passion for service and community health.
