Charter Oak Health Center is proud to support students and families through our School-Based Health Centers, providing accessible, confidential care directly within participating Hartford schools.
Our school-based clinics help students stay healthy, emotionally supported, and ready to learn by offering medical and behavioral health services onsite during the school week. Care is delivered in coordination with families and school staff.
All visits are scheduled by appointment, and parent or guardian consent is required.
